Hey Man, nice job on the second one. I like the progression from the first. The square format works better for me than the oval in the first one.
The whiskey bottle looks really great but has some trouble areas with brush strokes. Right on the face of the bottle the brush strokes scream digital paint brush to me. I think the tonal values could be blended in more in that area.
The folds in the jacket look really great, but the highlights make it look like it's made out of silk. I think it was a cotton jacket (correct me if I am wrong).
I think you could create more depth between the jacket and the white shirt. Right now the white shirt looks like it's coming forward in space in front of the lapels of the jacket.
The hair looks great in some areas, but what's up with the "mad scientist" type of hair at the top? :P
Over all looks good man, you are showing progress with your digital painting. Keep the energy levels up!
